Bad refund policies are infuriating. You feel like the company is just trying to rip you off.
We never want our customers to feel that way, so our refund policy is simple: If you’re ever unhappy with our products for any reason, just contact us at support@fabkukkucollection.com and we’ll take care of you.

We are sorry to hear that you are returning an item. But do not worry, we, at FAB Kukku Collection, will guide and assist you in every way possible!

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues, you can return the product to us, and we will either repair or replace it. The replacement for the products will be done in 5-7 days.

You are eligible for a Refund or Exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • All items are eligible for return, subject to certain conditions.
  • You are required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions.

REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 7 days of purchase.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must not be used or damaged.
  • The product must include original tags (if applicable).
  • The product must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product is damaged/spoiled or if the return is initiated after 7 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our staff, a refund will be authorized through the original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 7 days to be credited to your original payment method.

Note: We reserve the right to suspend the refund until the items are received and inspected.
